150g wheat flour
125g of cold butter
100g of oat flakes
1 pinch. salt
7 pcs. apples
1.5 tbsp. cane
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cardamom
Mix flour, oatmeal, butter, sugar and salt in a food processor. The dough will resemble crumbs.
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
Turn apples with cinnamon, cardamom and sugar, and fill them in a pie dish, which is approximately 25 centimeters in diameter.
Top the apples with the dough (still are crumbs) and bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
